Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME 

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping time may vary by location. Please see below for estimates:

  • United States: 7-14 Business Days
  • Outside the United States: 14-21 Business Days

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. Please be advised that occasional shipping/tracking delays may occur outside of our control. While we will do all that we can to make sure you order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping rates and fast delivery no matter where you live. Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Sky and Cactus is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility of the original order that was made at no charge.

Sky and Cactus is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

CUSTOMS

Sky and Cactus is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
